We are excited that to announce that we now have office space in the Columbus Center! We will be having our Writing Group and our Community Recovery Group will there now on alternating Wednesdays at 7pm. We are located in Suite #228 in the East Wing. We are excited to have a Launch Party for on Friday December 9^th at Luna Coffee at 6pm. Please join to learn about our organization and all of our plans for the community

Hello friends!

I am excited to announce new developments with Independence Rock Coalition.

We recently added two new board members, Matt Pipinich and Barbara Bessette. They will send out introductions soon. I am happy to have them on board with IRC and all the energy and expertise they bring.

We are excited about everything going on the next few weeks.

We need your help in making sure that all these events are successful.

We started weekly Vanguard Collective group every Sunday at Luna Coffee in Downtown Great Falls. We excited to see how the members of the group choose to make their impact in our world.

We are looking to funding interested members to SMART Facilitator Trainings as we secure funding.

We are also hosting Your Voice, Your Pen, Your Paper Writing Group on September 20^th at 6pm at Luna Coffee. This will be a monthly meeting for writers in Great Falls.

We are thrilled that Independence Rock Coalition is also hosting “Paint the Town with Recovery” at Gibson Park on September 24^th from 10-2. We will do one loop around Gibson Park and then have members of the community speak about their recovery at the Bandshell.

Both Matt Pipinich and I recently became Master Naxolone Trainers will be to training people in the life saving tool. We are certified in Montana and are willing to travel to train anyone.

We have a new incentive from a long-time supporter of IRC has offered to match whatever we raise by October 24^st, up to $3500! This is a huge deal to us. We will do so much with these funds.

Our expenses right now include rent space for the SMART recovery meetings, our monthly writing group and expenses for the Recovery Walk and Rally that we still need to cover.

There is a in our beautiful community and the  state of Montana and when, along with your help we raise $7000, we can accomplish our goals.

We hope that you are willing to donate to Independence Rock Coalition and help us move much needed discussion forward in our community.
